Technical strategies support smallholder should focus on improving technical institutional constraints by providing adequate veterinary services, fodder cultivation, proper crop residue management, improvement, supplying medical equipment medicines, extension service, improved water availability, breeding systems. ensure a reliable feed supply throughout year, conservation practices, especially hay residues, be encouraged.
